When dining out, nothing enhances the experience more than the perfectly paired wines to compliment your meal. Well, now that experience is about to get better by adding fine art and exceptional music. Wynwood “Perfect Pairings” is set to launch Saturday January 30 at 7:00pm. Downtown Miami’s Wine by the Bay and Wynwood’s Etra Fine Are have combined to put on this special evening. The dinner will be held at Etra Fine Art, 2315 NW 2nd Avenue. Miami, FL 33127.
This dinner will feature the Champagnes of Henri Giraud and classical guitarist, Federico Musgrove Stetson. Stetson is currently working towards his Doctor of Musical Arts Degree at the University of Miami under a full scholarship. “We are excited to present an event that appeals to the discerning connoisseur of wine, food and art,” comments Stefano Campanini, co-owner of Wine by the Bay and Etra Fine Art. “We are also very fortunate to partner with the Frost School of Music. There is semblance in music and wine – it’s our goal to allow guests to explore harmonies, textures, nuances, and contrasts.”

Now located in the Wynwood Arts District and previously rooted in the renowned Miami Design District for nearly 10 years, Etra Fine Art focuses on representing and promoting a wide variety of mid-career and established international artists whose work represents modern and contemporary styles. The gallery exhibits paintings, drawings, prints, sculptures, photography and installations that reflect progressive concepts while incorporating traditional and non- traditional materials. Because of its location at the crossroads of the Americas and Europe, Etra Fine Art has made it a priority to connect artists and collectors from both regions. The Gallery works with private collectors, corporations and interior designers to build collections by researching, locating, acquiring and installing an array of artwork. |www.etrafineart.com
Champagne Henri Giraud
Henri Giraud Champagne’s history in Champagne began with the Hémart family, descendants of Henri IV, who settled permanently in Aÿ at the beginning of the 17th century. In the 20th century, Léon Giraud, cuirassier in the battle of the Marne, married a Miss Hémart where he reconstructed the magnificent family vineyard and grafted vines on the cuttings taken from certain American vines. Over the centuries, the wines of Aÿ have been classed among the world’s fines and the Giraud-Hémart family owns an incredible 35 parcels of Grand Cru land in Aÿ, 26 with Pinot Noir and 9 with Chardonnay. Today Claude Giraud is the 12th generation of the Giraud-Hémart family in Aÿ and lovingly oversees this family House. | www.champagne-giraud.com
