Valentine’s Day Cocktails & Spirits

- 2 oz. Tequila Avión Silver
- 3/4 oz. Lime juice
- 1 tbsp. Black currant jam

Directions: Combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker, shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a Collins or highball glass. Garnish with blackberry and a lime wheel.
- 1 1/2 ounces Gin
- 1 1/2 ounces Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Fernet-Branca
Directions: Put ice in a mixing glass and pour in all three ingredients. Stir to chill and strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Twist an orange peel over the surface of the drink. Garnish with the orange twist.
Sparkling Rose Margarita
- 1 ½ parts Milagro Silver
- ¼ parts Simple Syrup
- ½ parts fresh Lemon Uuice
- ¾ parts Watermelon Juice
- 2 parts Rosé Sparkling Wine
- Lemon twist
Directions: Combine all ingredients, except sparkling wine, in a cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake, strain, and pour into a champagne flute. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Kiss on the Lips
- 1/2 ounces peach schnapps
- 5 ounces frozen mango mix
- 1 tablespoon grenadine
- 2 cups crushed ice
Directions: Put the peach schnapps, frozen mango and crushed ice into a blender and blend in spurts until smooth. Pour the grenadine into the bottom of a cocktail glass and then pour the blended mixture in over the top of it. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.
- 30 ml Amaro Lucano
- 90 ml Pinot Noir
- Bay Leaf
- Orange Wheel
Directions: Pour ingredients in a red wine glass, stir and serve. Garnish with a bay leaf (fold in half to release essential oils) and dehydrated orange wheel.
Lovestruck By Lemon
- 1 ¼ Parts Hornitos Black Barrel Tequila
- ½ Part Lemon Juice
- ¼ Part Agave
- Lemon Wedge
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Daintys Cranberry Gimlet
- 2 oz. Citrus Vodka
- 3⁄4 oz. fresh Lime Juice
- 3⁄4 oz. unsweetened Cranberry Juice
- 1⁄2 oz. Agave Nectar
- Lemon twist or fresh cranberries, for garnish (optional)
Directions: Combine vodka, lime juice, cranberry juice, and agave nectar in a shaker over ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with fresh cranberries or a lemon twist.
- Amaro Lucano
- White Granulated Sugar
- 75 ml of Barolo Chinato
- Whipped Cream
- 1 Orange
Directions: Crush the orange in a mixing glass and add two bar spoons of white granulated sugar. Pour in 75 ml of Barolo chinato, mix and filter well into a small goblet. Top with whipped cream and Amaro Lucano.
Pomegranate Champagne Punch
- 1 1/2 cups Pomegranate Juice
- 1 cup Pear Nectar
- 1/4 cup Orange-flavored liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Champagne
Directions: In a large pitcher, combine pomegranate juice, pear nectar, and orange-flavored liqueur. Slowly add Champagne. Serve over ice.
Pink Baby Frozen Cocktail
- 6 oz. Vodka
- 2 oz. Monin Grapefruit Syrup or Campari
- 2 oz. fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 2 oz. fresh Lime Juice
- 2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1⁄2 tsp. Yerba Maté Powder
- Maraschino Cherries, for garnish
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender with 4 cups of ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into coupe glasses and garnish each with a maraschino cherry
- 1½ parts Hornitos Black Barrel Tequila
- ¾ Part Apple Cider
- 2 Parts Water
- * ¾ Part Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 Part Lemon Juice
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions: Combine all ingredients together and serve. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and an apple wedge. Can be served hot or cold. *To make cinnamon syrup: Mix together 1 part sugar, 1 part water and 4 crushed cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil (approximately 1-2 minutes). Once cooled down, strain into a glass.
