You might not be aware of it, but the movements required for boxing represent an excellent workout, guaranteed to strengthen your upper body. Begin by standing, with your knees slightly bent and the spine in a neutral position. Raise your hands and begin imitating the boxing movements, making sure that your abdominal muscles are contracted (as much as it is possible). This boxing routine can do wonders for your upper body, helping you escape the signs of tiredness as well, such as bags under eyes.
#3 Clean & press windmill
This exercise is quite amazing, as it allows you to tone not only your upper body but also your legs muscles. Begin by standing with your feet wide apart, placing a weight between them. Reach for the weight with one of your hands, keeping the knees extended and the hips pushed back. Then, raise the weight, until it reaches over your head. Repeat the same routine 10 times, then change the sides. You can easily perform this exercise in the open outdoors; however, in order to protect yourself from the harmful action of UV rays, it is recommended that you apply the best face sunscreen. In this way, you will reduce the risk of premature skin aging and skin cancer.
#4 Arm circles
The arm circles are particularly useful for those who are interested in toning their biceps muscles. You can begin this exercise by standing with your feet wide apart, one slightly positioned in front of the other. Maintain the spine in a straight, neutral position and hold a dumbbell in each hand. With the arms slightly flexed, perform circular motions in both directions. It is recommended to try out at least 15 reps but, in the beginning, you can perform a smaller number and rest when your arms will tire. Avoid excessive movements, as you might end up doing more harm than good.

If you are tired of floppy arms, it is high time you have the triceps toning exercise a try. For this exercise, you will have to lie on your back, with the knees slightly bent and the soles resting on the floor. It is recommended that you perform 15 reps with each arm, then switching sides for the best results. In general, you can perform two or three sets of such repetitions.
