Giammalva Racquet Club will host a charity tennis mixer Friday, May 13, to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Donations will help the hospital continue its lifesaving mission of finding cures and saving children. Service sorority Epsilon Sigma Alpha is sponsoring the event and a silent auction for the fourth year.
The mixer, from 7 to 9 p.m., is free to members and guests, and donations to St. Jude are welcome. Everyone who makes a donation will receive a Dr. Gleem car wash certificate and a Chick-fil-A sandwich coupon. In addition their name will be put in a drawing for a grand prize of a new tennis racquet donated by Sports Express.

Giammalva Racquet Club is located at 16400 Sir William Drive in Spring. The facility includes 20 lighted tennis courts, a fitness center and restaurant.
