It is summertime and the perfect time to plan a relaxing camping trip. Camping is known to reduce mental stress.
Camping is also a great way to burn calories. According to Experienced Camper Mad Dog Mom, some people like to sit around the entire time and that’s okay too, but our kids are pretty active. So we always like to go hiking or biking. Watch the entire video.
If camping is not an option, enjoy other relaxing outdoor activities: Read a book outdoors, walk in the park, plan a picnic, attend a Major League Baseball game, dine outdoors, attend an outdoor concert, relax in your backyard or visit a zoo.
While enjoying outdoor activities, protect your skin with sunscreen and insect repellent.
