The St. Regis Bal Harbour is opening the doors of its restaurants to all couples for Valentine’s Day with different packages based on affordability and romantic mood. Usually many restaurants offer dinner/champagne packages and through “word of mouth” many men are able to find out which places are trendy, which are rated well and which don’t. What is of greatest importance on Valentine’s Day is timing–the opportunity to not have to wait long for a table, to have that “quality” time with the significant other, free of interruptions with undivided attention. It is important for a man with a sense of style to have his own knowledge of the restaurant community in the area–not only stand-alone restaurants but restaurants located inside of hotels. For the St. Regis, the following is a description of each package:
- At the very romantic J&G grill on Valentine’s Day, they offer a four course price-fixed dinner for $150 per person with “seductive” ingredients prepared by world-renowned Chef Jean-George Vongerichten and pastries prepared by Executive Chef Antonio Balchour.
- For the couple who wants a more private, secluded Valentine’s Day dinner/moment together, their is the Ultimate romance package where the couple can have dinner at an Oceanfront Day Villa for the evening which has a indoor relaxation lounge and an outdoor private terrace. The have a four course dinner plus Dom Perignon champagne offered complimentary to complete the experience.
- For the young couple looking for a great deal, there is the promotion at the St. Regis Bar & Sushi lounge where they will have champagne and sushi pairings with seating available at 6:30 pm and 9:00 pm at $275 per couple.
- And finally, for those who want to stay at home but do something in the afternoon, there is the afternoon tea for two experience from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a menu planned by Executive Pastry chef Antonio Bachour.
Vongerichten is a world-renowned Chef and savvy businessman and Bachour has honed his skills as a pastry chef in many restaurants in his native Puerto Rico and here in Greater Miami. The beautiful sites of the St. Regis will add to the romantic experience between young couple or married couple and the investment made in such a beautiful location to spend Valentine’s Day will pay off over the coming months. It will come during harder days when the couple can remember how nice their time was at the St. Regis–how helpful and courteous the staff was and how much the couple was able to bond with one another, how her hair looked when the stars shone on it and the scent of the sea.
