Here are other ways to relax and de-stress: read a book or magazine, exercise, attend a comedy show, walk, meditate, enjoy bowling, attend yoga class, watch your favorite TV shows, enjoy dinner at your favorite restaurant, surround yourself with positive people, listen to music, enjoy the zoo, visit a museum, listen to a funny comedian or comedienne.
