Serve some healthy smoothies after the party for more enjoyment.
The second way to lose weight is to eat smaller meals throughout the day and cut out foods containing lots of sugar. Eat meals that are high-in-protein, calcium fortified, low-in-fat, and low-in-calories. Minimize the amount of red meat in your diet and rotate in between choosing white meat like poultry or fish. There are certain types of fish that are high-in-protein and contain healthy substances that balances hormones to boost metabolism. Sauté red peppers with a little white wine vinegar and red onions in a frying pan and serve over cooked salmon. Add some asparagus and cantaloupe to the side to stay satisified.
Substitute the higher calorie foods with low calorie options. Instead of McDonald’s French fries, bake homemade sweet potato fries instead. If fast food does end up becoming an option, optimize to smaller portions instead. Don’t go out and have a large Big-Mac when you can make the right choice and have a grilled chicken salad instead.
