Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday, March 24, 2016. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

Richard Jackey Clark, 49, of Aragon was arrested and charged with DUI (alcohol), failure to maintain lane and driving too fast for conditions. See also (10/12/2015)
Paul Omar Escutia, 19, of Cedartown was arrested in Rome and charged with possession of marijuana and speeding.
Joseph Jermaine Ford, 29, of Rockmart was arrested in Rome and charged with public drunk, 2nd degree criminal damage to property, reckless conduct and simple assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA). See also (1/25/2011)
Alissa Beth Garrett, 37, of Aragon was sentenced. See also (1/5/2016)
David Luther Griffith Jr., 40, of Rockmart was arrested on a misdemeanor bench warrant. See also (6/27/2015)
Toni Dean Harrell, 43, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended.
Namon Johnson Harvey, 49, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with four counts terroristic threats and acts, obstruction of law enforcement and criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act (FVA).
Robert Nickolaus Jackson, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple assault (FVA) and disorderly conduct. See also (11/13/2012)
Devon Lavan McDougald, 25, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, reckless conduct and parole violation. See also (4/23/2015)
Jose Juan Murrieta, 37, of Rockmart was sentenced (Intertech). See also (2/13/2016)
Dalton Puckett, 19, of Cedartown was sentenced to serve 16 days confinement and 7 years probation. See also (9/22/2014)
Brianna Leanna Williamson, 18, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license and failure to maintain lane.
Alonzo Daniel Winston, 53, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting and public drunk. See also (2/27/2016)
