Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday, February 17, 2016. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests made prior to 2009 will not be included.
Austen Blair Atkins, 26, of Cedartown was arrested by Drug Task Force and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession and use of drug related objects, possession of marijuana, two counts possession of marijuana with intent, drugs not in original container and possession of tools used for the commission of crime. David Lawrence Baldwin, 34, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended.
Natasha Deon Blair, 35. of Trion is currently housed at the Polk County jail for Chattooga County. See also (12/4/2015)
James Andrew Crawford, 24, of Cedartown was arrested on a felony bench warrant, misdemeanor bench warrant and felony probation violation. See also (1/1/2016)
Vanessa Elaine Cusyck, 41, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, driving without insurance and following too closely.
Emmanuel Gomez-Orgaz, 31, of Cartersville was sentenced. See also (2/3/2016)
Joshua Wayne Graham, 30, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine. See also (1/31/2016)
Kelle Michelle Green, 37, of Lyerly is currently housed at the Polk County jail for Chattooga County.
Michael Gerald Hackney, 47, of Cedartown was arrested pending superior court charges. See also (7/29/2015)
Guillermo Emiliano Mendez-Juarez, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a valid license, speeding and two counts child seat-belt violations.
Joseph Eugene O’Neal, 28, of Kingston was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, head light violation and a misdemeanor bench warrant.
