The Piermont Flywheel Gallery in Rockland County, New York, is proud to be showcasing the works of six of the most influential photographers in the Tri-State area from February 18 to March 6, 2016. For the first time all together, these very diverse and very talented photographers will have their work on display at the gallery which is open Thursday’s and Sunday’s 1 pm to 6 pm. Friday’s and Saturday’s 1pm to 9pm.
The photographers include: Harry Martin who began his career as a news photographer and has since gone on to self-publish books of travel photography. He is currently working on a book of underwater photographs. Julie Scholz who studied photography at SUNY; she is inspired by nature and painting. Ron Wohlgemuth who has won awards and appeared in several juried shows with his digital work; he is also an abstract painter. Pasquale Leuzzi who attended the New York Phoenix School of Design in NYC, has worked as a freelance photographer and has been the winner of numerous contests for his work in photography. Carl Stoveland who studied art at SUNY; he photographs landscapes, portraits and street photography with a special interest in travel. Luis Bruno who has been an editorial and commercial photographer for fifteen years; he is heavily inspired by color, line, and design. His editorial work has appeared in Martha Stewart Living, Food & Wine, Time Inc, Popular Science, Departures, and Fortune just to name a few.
Images from all of these talented photographers will be displayed together at the Piermont Flywheel Gallery who has been delighting the public with lovely works of art since 1992. To learn more, visit the official website.
