This project consists of management and staff performance at the IHOP in Mustang, Oklahoma from August 12, 2015 through February 15, 2016. The visits in August 2015 were during their first two weeks open. Multiple visits were accomplished during breakfast, lunch and dinner hours in order to maintain list integrity and accuracy. All Winter Holidays and February 14, 2016 were frequented at this IHOP to see how well this restaurant handled a large volume of customers. Diverse days of the week were also selected to see customer flow of restaurant, and how well it treated people during different times of the day.
Regarding Waiting Staff: the waiting personnel were chosen for their level of expertise in waiting skills, plus customer service and satisfaction after their skill set was noticed during multiple visits, or as a mention by customers interviewed. These selected waiting staff members had to display the appropriate degree of expertise per stars given in their field of expertise.
Many listed assisted with gifting IHOP in Mustang, Oklahoma the five stars in the December 2015 restaurant review titled IHOP is open for the holidays. Solely the best per category of stars are listed. Some categories have more than one listed due to how well they performed, tying in level of proficiency. To be mentioned had to qualify for meriting 3 stars or greater.
It was a great honor creating this list. Amazing to witness this new restaurant bloom while becoming an integral part of the Mustang, Oklahoma community. Congratulations with gratitude to those who gifted excellence at this IHOP. Enjoy the day!
Exceptional staff at IHOP, Mustang, Oklahoma
5 stars Culinary Staff:
Marcus, one of the cooks, was definitely 5 star in his family dining culinary, waiter and clean-up skill sets. He was the only kitchen staff noticed to expertly display the Universal Working Theory as he worked as cook, plus waited on customers and assisted clean-up crew in the dining area.
5 stars Hosting Staff (red shirt uniformed personnel):
The hosting staff as a whole performed 5 stars in their duties. No one could ask for better hosts and hostesses. All of them should be commended for their first-class professionalism.
5 stars Management:
All managerial staff consistently ensured customers received a positive family dining experience, left happy. They made a point of friendly visiting with customers, made them feel welcome. It was wonderful to notice how well management interacted with restaurant staff members and customers. Each management personnel was first-rate.

The entire clean-up crew, overall as a team, delivered 5 stars in level of expertise for restaurant cleanliness, but 4 stars in table preparation. January 1 through February 15, 2016 inconsistent with silverware being at tables when guests were seated.
Mustang, Oklahoma has happy customers
November 2015 happy customers were noticed while exiting the IHOP in Mustang, OK. This is not an uncommon occurrence now this restaurant has an excellent reputation for their American Cuisine and family friendly dining. February 2016 a customer from Union City was caught purchasing food to-go at this restaurant, proving positive word about this restaurant is spreading to surrounding areas.
