The MSNBC Town Hall live stream online and televised events will take place in two parts on Wednesday with John Kasich and Donald Trump each appearing from separate locations tonight. The two candidates most recently appeared on CNN’s forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin last night, but now the Ohio governor and New York business mogul will each have different appearances across the country. Trump will remain in Wisconsin while Kasich will be in Donald’s home state of New York. The latest Town Hall live stream online and TV coverage will be available through MSNBC on Wednesday night for viewers to watch.
On March 30, Newsweek website reported that Kasich will be the first to appear live on MSNBC in a Town Hall event taking place in Queens, New York. MSNBC’s Chuck Todd will host the event and will deliver questions from himself and the audience for Kasich. Donald Trump will be next in the lineup, but will appear over 1,000 miles away from his home state. He’ll be in Green Bay, Wisconsin with Chris Matthews, who is known for “Hardball” and other MSNBC programs. Following those two town hall events, the network will also have “back-to-back” interviews with Rachel Maddow as she talks to Democratic candidates Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.
The latest town hall events arrive as Trump continues to lead the GOP field with 736 delegates. Cruz has 463 while Kasich is in third place with 143. A total of 1,237 delegates is needed to become the nominee for the Republican party. Some voters and analysts have questioned whether or not Kasich should throw in the towel and possibly try to help Cruz gain delegates to catch up to Trump, but it appears he will continue with his campaign for now. Tonight’s events also arrive as Trump has been busy discussing the recent incident involving his campaign manager receiving a battery charge after he allegedly grabbed a reporter at a Trump event this month.
The 2016 Town Hall event featuring John Kasich in Queens, New York will have a start time of 7 p.m. Eastern Time. That will be followed by Donald Trump’s Town Hall event with Chris Matthews in Wisconsin at 8 p.m. Eastern Time and then the two Democratic candidate interviews after that. MSNBC is the channel to watch for live TV coverage of the events. To watch the events live streaming online, U.S. cable and satellite viewers can head to the MSNBC.com/now website or associated mobile apps to log in and see the feed. An MSNBC audio simulcast is also available on Sirius XM Satellite Radio channel 118 for subscribers.
