Some say the best things in life are free and I would agree. However in many cases the word free doesn’t actually mean at no cost, and there can be several hoops that you have to jump through in order to receive a slight benefit. Well ‘kids eat free’ days are pretty straightforward and a great deal. With the purchase of an adult meal or even appetizer plate you can receive a free kid’s meal, basically one for one, and in some cases the bargain is even better than that. So why not grab a friend and bring them along with you and your kids and instantly you qualify for two free kids meals. Most of the meals on the kids menu are for kids under 12 but if you have an older child with a very small appetite most restaurants won’t mind providing that child with a kid’s meal.
There are many types and styles of restaurants that offer this benefit; from Mexican to Asian cuisine, Italian, and even Seafood. Keep your eyes peeled the next time you visit one of your favorite restaurants to see if they offer free or discounted kids meals. Our focus today is on Mondays so here are a few places to visit:
- El Parral Restaurant – 9261 E. Arapahoe Rd. Greenwood Village, CO 80112 – (303) 649-9140. This restaurant is great tasting and reasonably priced. Kids eat free all day Mondays with the purchase of one adult meal per kid meal.
- Cinzzettis Italian Style Buffet Restaurant – 281 W. 104th Ave. Northglenn, CO 80234 – (303) 451-7300. This restaurant has a huge variety of food and kids eat free both Mondays and Tuesdays from 5-9pm. The added benefit with Cinzzetti’s is that two kids eat free with the purchase of only one adult buffet.
- Brothers Bar & Grill At Northfield Stapleton – 8264 E. 49th Ave. Denver, CO 80266 – (303) 953-0229. Kids eat free every Monday and Tuesday. Once again, two free kids meals for children 10 and under with the purchase of a full priced adult entrée.
- Buffalo Wild Wings – Centennial – 8255 S. Chester St., Suite 200 Centennial, CO 80112 – (303) 768-9464. Kids 12 and under eat for 99 cents after 4pm when ordering from the kids menu. The selection of wing flavors is phenomenal and the adults can share some wings with the kiddos as well.
During the busy holiday season filled with shopping, decorating, and gift wrapping it’s nice to be able to go out to eat and relieve yourself of cooking responsibilities for an evening. With this great selection of options to choose from you are definitely ready to get going and enjoy your Monday mealtime. What better way to start off your weekday than to take the kids to enjoy a free or discounted meal.
