Josh Duggar may settle the $500,000 sexual battery lawsuit filed by porn star Danica Dillon amid rumors his wife, Anna Duggar, is pregnant with their fifth child.
A settlement conference has been scheduled for March 31, sources told Radar. Both Josh and Danica will attend the conference, which will take place in Philadelphia. At the meeting, both parties are required to submit settlement proposals.
Interestingly, Duggar had previously sworn he would never settle the lawsuit unless Danica apologized for accusing him of violent sex that bordered on rape. It’s unlikely Dillon will apologize, as she continues to insist she suffers from PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) after her two “rough sex” encounters with Josh.
Dillon said Josh is a selfish jerk who deserves to be dumped. Danica said Duggar called her a “slut,” choked and spit on her during sex, and told her she’s worthless.
He picked me up and threw me down on the bed and bent me over and was pulling my hair, calling me a dirty slut. He came all over my @ss.”
Josh has denied ever meeting Danica, and claims to have taxi receipts and airplane tickets proving he was not in Pennsylvania on the dates Dillon claimed they had sex. But Danica insists she has sex photos of Josh.
Both Josh and Danica have signed confidentiality agreements, under which Dillon is legally bound to keep private any photos, texts or emails from her alleged encounters with Josh.
If Josh and Danica don’t reach a settlement, their case will go to trial May 25.
Meanwhile, Anna Duggar is reportedly pregnant with their fifth child after she had sex with him when she visited him in rehab Dec. 27. Anna recently spoke out, saying she’s grateful for the public support she has received.
Thanks to the nonstop headlines fueled by Josh’s sex scandals, the Duggar family is reportedly shooting another TV special after the ratings success of “Jill & Jessa: Counting On.” Josh’s lawsuit and Anna’s rumored pregnancy have increased public interest in the Duggars, so another TV special is highly likely.
Of course, Jim Bob and Michelle can’t wait film another TV show because the Duggars are going broke after “19 Kids and Counting” was canceled in May 2015 amid Josh’s child molestation scandals. The Duggars earned $25,000 to $45,000 per episode of “19 Kids and Counting.”
The Duggars also reportedly lost over $25 million in 2015 due to lost book deals, endorsements and speaking engagements. Still, Jim Bob maintains a private jet even though he doesn’t have a job. Anna used the jet to make a booty call to Josh on Dec. 27 and promptly got pregnant again.
