Joe Giudice has been at the Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institute for a week and still, his wife Teresa Giudice has not been to visit him, according to In Touch March 30, 2016.
Teresa spent hours filling out the necessary paperwork to be placed on Joe Giudice’s visitor list. She submitted everything that was required, but now she has to wait until she hears back from them. Then she can make the 90-minute journey so she can visit Joe whenever she wants.
A source told In Touch, “Teresa hasn’t been approved yet to visit Joe. She would have been at the prison the next day to see Joe, if she had been placed on his visitor list. All of the paperwork has been submitted to the prison on Teresa’s behalf. She is just waiting to get the approval and understands that there is a process. As soon as Teresa gets word she can go, she will be there.”
The waiting time is uncertain and it is never the same, according to the source. “This could happen in the next few days or it might take another two weeks.”
The prison has visiting hours set up so when Teresa does receive permission, she can visit with Joe from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Thursday through Monday and it includes federal holidays as well. Joe does not have internet access like Teresa did, but does have 300 hours for phone time every month, but each call is restricted to 15 minutes.
One of the problems Joe Giudice may when Teresa does arrive is that he must stay celibate because zero intimacy is allowed. A spokesperson for the Office of Public Affairs at the Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution told Radar Online, “Conjugal visits are not permitted at the Bureau’s institutions,”
Apparently, Joe must remain celibate during his stay and that means no intercourse with Teresa, or anyone else, or he will be in trouble. That may be a big problem for Joe who was seen out on various dates with several different women while Teresa was serving her jail sentence.
Radar Online talked with David, a former inmate at the Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institute and he said, “When I was there, a guy working in the laundry raped two cho-mos [child molesters]. The cho-mos were actually raped, but I did see them again.”
Just because Fort Dix Federal correctional institute is a minimum-security prison does not mean that they skimped on cameras or security, especially in the visiting areas of the jail. The jail is so tight with security, that it is practically impossible for anyone to sneak in a quickie or do anything that suggests intimacy.
David went on to tell what happened when an inmate’s girlfriend touched in a certain section of his anatomy. “They even caught a guy’s girlfriend putting her hand on the guy’s area. He was kicked out of Fort Dix.”
David warned Joe to not to try to do anything that violates this rule or he will suffer the consequences. He said that when the temptation arises, he should look at porn.
“If he’s going to do it, I guarantee he’s going to get kicked out. It would be the biggest mistake of his life. Don’t even think about it.”
Will Teresa Giudice receive her visitation papers soon, and can Joe Giudice remove himself from the threat of intimacy with Teresa or will he be thrown out of the Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution?
