Fans will watch Wizards vs. Warriors live stream online and TV coverage of their 2016 NBA matchup Tuesday night around the world. As of right now, Golden State leads all teams in terms of record, has clinched their playoff spot, and is looking to break the all-time single season record of 72-10 set by the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls. Washington is a team just a few games outside of the Eastern Conference playoff standings and in need of every win possible. Unfortunately, they’ll run into a Warriors team tonight that has yet to lose at their home arena. The 2016 NBA live streaming and televised coverage come via TNT networks on Tuesday night.
According to USA Today in their March 29 report, a win for the Warriors tonight will push their home winning streak to 54-straight games. It will also improve their overall record to 67-7 with just eight games left to play in the regular season. They’ll need to go 6-2 in those remaining games in order to break the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls single season record of 72-10. Golden State most recently won at home two days ago, with the Philadelphia 76ers their latest victims. In that 117-105 victory, Klay Thompson finished with 40 points on 15-for-27 field goal shooting. Draymond Green added his franchise-best 12th triple-double in the win as well to help keep his team on pace. They currently lead San Antonio in the West by five games for homecourt advantage throughout the West playoffs.
The Wizards are a team that finds themselves 2-1/2 games out of the No. 8 spot in the East with a record of 36-37. Above them at that final playoff spot are the Detroit Pistons with a record of 39-35. Washington picked up a 101-88 win on the road against the Lakers on Sunday with John Wall getting 22 points and 13 assists. However, they dropped two straight home games prior to that to Atlanta, and then Minnesota in double overtime. After Golden State they’ll take on Sacramento on the road Wednesday night, followed by more road games against the Suns and Clippers before returning home to take on Brooklyn.
Golden State will be a large home favorite of 13 points on tonight’s spread thanks to a 35-0 home record. They’re 21-13-1 against the spread at home and 41-30-2 ATS overall, while the Wizards are 17-18 ATS away and 33-40 overall. On the moneyline, Washington is a +800 underdog, while the Warriors are -1400 favorites. The over/under points total for this game is 227 points. Vegas Insider’s future odds continue to list Golden State as the overall favorite to win the NBA Finals at odds of 10 to 13. Washington is considered a longshot at the moment of 1000 to 1, due to the fact they’re not even among the top eight teams in the East.
