The Warriors vs. Hawks live stream online and TV game takes place Monday night as Golden State continues their pursuit of history and another championship banner. Currently, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and the Warriors are 49-5 with 28 games remaining. In order to set the all-time single season best record in NBA history, they’ll need to go 24-4 during this remaining stretch. A recent blowout loss to Portland showed potential for other teams to have huge performances in their attempts to upset the champs. Tonight it will be Atlanta at home as the 2016 NBA live streaming and televised action comes via various sources.
In an ESPN.com report on Feb. 22, it was reported that Golden State found an answer for their recent injury issues in the frontcourt. With Andrew Bogut dealing with an Achilles injury and Festus Ezeli having to recover from arthroscopic knee surgery, the team has recently signed a deal with former Cleveland Cavaliers center Anderson Varejao. The 33-year-old big man had spent 11 seasons with Cleveland and then was acquired by Portland recently. The Blazers then waived Varejao, leaving him open to sign with a new team. Reportedly, San Antonio had been in competition with Golden State for his services.
Speaking of injuries, Atlanta guard Jeff Teague still isn’t 100 percent healthy but the good news for Hawks fans is he appears to be “good to go” for tonight’s game. Teague has been dealing with a wrist injury which could mean Dennis Schroder plays a bit more than usual too. The Hawks are currently 31-26 overall and sitting in sixth place in the Eastern Conference. However, the Charlotte Hornets and Chicago Bulls are right there with them, with records of 29-26 each. Atlanta is just 1-4 in their last five games and they’ve lost two-straight to the Miami Heat and Milwaukee Bucks, both at home.
For tonight’s game, Golden State will be seven-point favorites on the road against Atlanta. As the favorite, Golden State is 30-19-1 against the spread this season and 17-13-0 ATS on the road. The Hawks are 7-7-0 ATS as underdogs and 15-13-0 at home against the spread. The moneyline has the Warriors as -260 favorites and the Hawks as +210 underdogs at home. The over/under points total is 226 points for the game. The Warriors continue to lead all teams on the future odds list as favorites to win the NBA Championship at 5 to 8 odds. The Atlanta Hawks are listed with odds of 80 to 1.
