The Music City Bowl 2015 live stream and televised matchup features Texas A&M vs. Louisville in a battle on the gridiron from Nashville. An Aggies team which started at 5-0 but stumbled down the stretch to an 8-4 record will take on a Cardinals team that finished a game worse at 7-5. Both teams have had issues in terms of keeping control of the football, so today’s victory is going to go to the team that turns it over the least. Louisville may have the edge based on how they performed in their last six games. The Texas A&M – Louisville live streaming and TV matchup will arrive for sports fans to watch on ESPN networks.
According to an ESPN report from Dec. 30, Louisville was tied for seventh in the nation in turnovers with 27 total. That was also enough to lead the ACC in that distinction, but thanks to their offense in the final four to six games of the season, they made up for the lack of ball control. The Cardinals also sport a top notch defense that can force mistakes on the other side. As a team, they were 14th in the nation in rush defense and 13th in overall yards allowed per game with 323.4 on average given up to opponents. Louisville has been able to keep five opponents this season under 20 points, which could give them a serious advantage today.
Just like Louisville has turnover issues, so do the A&M Aggies. The team had a total of 22 of them this past season, which was their most since 2011. During the last seven games of their season, they also turned over the ball 16 times. All of that points to what could be a sloppy matchup in Nashville. The Aggies come into this game having lost at LSU 19-7 in their final game, and went 3-2 over their past five. They also feature a decent defense, which ranks 29th in the nation, giving up 21.6 points per game. In addition, this game features a freshmen quarterback for Louisville against a junior college transfer making his debut as a starter for the Aggies.
Odds makers first listed Texas A&M as 2-1/2 point favorites to win today, but since then the spread has moved to as much as four points in favor of Louisville. On the moneyline, the Cardinals are -170 favorites while the Aggies are priced as +160 underdogs. As underdogs, A&M has been 0-3-0 against the spread, while Louisville is 3-5-0 as the favorites. In terms of the over/under wager, the points total for this game is expected to hit at least 49 points before the end of the matchup.
