Sunday’s Steelers vs Broncos live stream and TV action is the prime time matchup of the late games as both of teams are battling for their playoff lives. Just three weeks ago it looked as if the Broncos would run and hide from everyone in the AFC after beating the New England Patriots behind backup quarterback Brock Osweiler. However, the Broncos have lost two of their last three games, and suddenly nothing is assured thanks to the red hot Kansas City Chiefs. Today’s NFL live stream and TV coverage will air on CBS and several other outlets.
According to a CBS report, the Broncos are quickly losing ground in the AFC West, Denver entered today one game behind New England for the AFC’s top seed – tied with Cincinnati for second. Now, just three weeks after dreaming of being the number 1 seed and having a first-round bye, the Broncos could possibly be playing for a Wild Card spot if they don’t right the ship fast.
Right now no team is hotter than Kansas City in the AFC, and Denver knows it. KC won their 8th game in row today and a Denver loss could pull KC within one game of the division lead. That very well could happen because the Broncos face a tall task against Pittsburgh this afternoon in the Steel City. With Peyton Manning still hurting, Denver will once again look to Osweiler to get the job done.
“Whatever happens in the future happens in the future,” Osweiler said. “That really doesn’t pertain to me right now. That’s out of my control. What I can control is my preparation this week for the Steelers, and that’s where my focus is.”
This should be one hard hitting game! Las Vegas odds makers have the Steelers listed as 6 point favorites, with the over/under number listed at 45. Fans can catch all of the action for the big AFC battle on CBS nationally starting at 4:25 p.m. ET. You can also follow all the action live online through NFL.com’s game package. Verizon subscribers can catch all the action through NFL mobile.
