The Examiner has learned today, Feb. 18, that Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is beset with a renewal of her health concerns stemming from a concussion she sustained in 2012. The concussion was severe enough to give her double vision, and she was prescribed thick prism glasses in an attempt to prevent the double vision from interfering with a normal life in the public eye.
Clinton apparently recovered enough to stop wearing the prism glasses, though she continued to struggle with other health problems such as blood clots in her leg, high blood pressure, a thyroid disorder, and at least one blackout which led to the concussion. At least one report indicted that a blood clot was found dangerously close to her brain following the concussion. But the Examiner learned that there is renewed concern within the Clinton inner circle and her doctor that she still suffers from some of the ill effects of the concussion she sustained four years ago. She has also been spotted wearing the thick prism glasses again as well.
While in Nevada campaigning for the upcoming Democratic primary there on Saturday, Clinton had gone downstairs to the basement of a hotel where the laundry room is located. There, she interacted with workers in the hospitality industry who were busy at work doing their job in the hotel laundry room. Clinton wished to show solidarity with the workers who belong to a labor union, and she took the opportunity to extol the virtues of the union. She also took the time to arrange a photo shoot with some of the workers.
From the photos taken it is easy to see the thick glasses Clinton wore following her concussion four years ago. Immediately word spread about the prism glasses, leading one physician to express deep concern that Hillary may still be suffering from severe aftereffects from her concussion. The specific diagnosis doctors use to designate these aftereffects is post concussion syndrome. Patients who are thusly diagnosed continue to have adverse effects years after the concussion, which would explain the prism glasses indicating that Clinton is once again afflicted with double vision.
Understandably Hillary wants to push all of this behind her, placing it on the back burner in order to focus on winning the Democratic nomination for president. The reality, however, is that it may be dangerous for her to do so. As important as a presidential campaign can be, one’s health is much more important. And no matter how vehemently one may disagree with her politics, no one with an ounce of compassion wishes to see Hillary Clinton crash and burn personally, due to severe health problems.
