Featured entrees will be Veroniqué’s scrambled eggs verrine, with spinach and marinated cherry tomatoes; and classic salmon tartare, whipped dill cream, marinated cucumbers and croutons. Sharing plates for the table include Canadian favorites, thick sliced bacon and traditional poutine (French fries with a kick). For the sweet tooth, try the four lemon curd homemade doughnuts; oatmeal crème brulee; and waffles with chocolate- coffee sauce and grilled banana.
Families can enjoy the DIY S’Mores with homemade marshmallows and a mini grill for the table.
