Morimoto Asia is new to Disney Springs, but the Iron Chef’s cuisine already has a loyal following. Enjoy a Valentine’s Day dinner for two, with Peking duck as its centerpiece, at the restaurant from February 12 to 14. Additional courses include Duck Caesar Salad, Hamachi and Duck consommé, and the show stopping MM parfait for dessert. Valentine’s Day is a day for sweets, which makes the Sugar Factory, located at I-Drive 360, just under the Orlando Eye, a perfect celebration spot. The restaurant is offering a $75 per person prix fixe menu with champagne, choice of shrimp cocktail or wrapped brie cheese as an appetizer, salad, and either Angus mini filet with lobster medallions, salmon, or chicken breast. Top it off with an international cheese selection and cheesecake for dessert.
Urbain 40 is located on Orlando’s famed Restaurant Row. If you’re not familiar with the location, it’s a stretch on Sand Lake Road, running roughly between International Drive and 535, packed to the gills with delicious dining. Urbain 40 is a relative newcomer that melds Continental and American cuisine. What’s on tap for Valentine’s Day? How about a three course meal that includes a champagne toast and box of artisan chocolates, all for $59 per person. Options include appetizers like lobster bisque, pork belly and date duo, or Chiogga beet salad; for dinner, choose from red snapper, short rib Wellington, or duck al orange; and finish up with pistachio macaron or chocolate sorbet. Urbain 40 is located at 8000 Via Dellagio Way, making it convenient to Walt Disney World if you head down 535 and just a short hop away from Universal via Turkey Lake Road.
Mango’s Tropical Cafe
