The Des Moines Social Club will host the next session in their “Cooking with George” series on Saturday, February 6 in the club’s Culinary Loft. The event will start at 6:30 p.m., and is only open to those 21 or older. The cooking series features cooking demonstrations by Orchestrate Hospitality’s Chef George Formaro, the culinary genius behind Centro, Django, Malo, South Union Bread Cafe, Zombie Burger, and Gateway Market & Cafe. Tickets for the February cooking session are $85 and include the meal and drink offerings. They may be purchased online through MidwesTix.
