There is a video going around of Trey Gowdy introducing Marco Rubio at a campaign event held in Spartanburg, South Carolina on Saturday. In this recording, a man is questioning Trey Gowdy about Marco Rubio not being born of citizen parents and that he is not a natural-born citizen. Unfortunately, the audio quality is very poor, so parts of the conversation are not completely audible. Hopefully, someone else will come forward with a better recording in the near future but what can be heard is still enough to cause outrage upon millions of Americans.
What is very clear on this video is that the man asking the eligibility questions of Congressman Gowdy starts off by stating that Marco Rubio’s parents were not US citizens at the time of his birth, therefore he is not a natural-born citizen. Gowdy responds with, “The issue has already been litigated. I mean, does that mean that Cruz and McCain are not eligible either?” He continues on in a condescending manner to state that Ted Cruz and John McCain were not born here. Gowdy proceeds to insult the questioner insisting that he does not know what a natural-born citizen even is!
Hearing that much alone is quite enough to be outraged by Congressman Gowdy’s response and actions toward these sincere questions. First of all, he started his response with a flat-out lie! The issue has not been litigated despite hundreds of attempts to get the question heard in any court in our nation regarding the eligibility of Obama or McCain, much less Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, Bobby Jindal or anybody else running for President of these United States in decades. His elitist attitude towards a constituent of his or any other American citizen trying to uphold the US Constitution is absolutely appalling!
This is a perfect and further example of the 8-year willful and deliberate cover-up by our entire congress on this issue. Not one of them has done a thing to rectify this egregious and continuing assault upon our constitution. Not one member of congress can be counted on to uphold their oath of office to defend the constitution.
Congressman Gowdy’s finger pointing to other obviously ineligible candidates to somehow try to make a fool out of this man’s questions is an insult to the intelligence of millions of voters. I hope that South Carolina has a recall provision in their election laws so the good people of South Carolina can take immediate steps to show this arrogant and insulting member of Congress who he works for and that upholding and defending the constitution is not just for when it politically suits his personal ambitions but is in fact. his duty to the people of South Carolina and all of our nation’s citizens.
Evan Mulch uploaded this video to YouTube. It is unclear, at this time, if he is also the person that questioned Congressman Trey Gowdy. If so, he will become a real hero to millions of Americans that will be thankful and grateful for exposing the continued, willful and deliberate cover-up of ineligible presidential candidates by all of Congress. This is just one excellent example of why our nation has drifted so far from the rule of law and into the present depths of tyranny upon its own people. May God bless many more Americans to question, expose and call out the rest of our despicably corrupt politicians.
We are not all as dumb and ignorant as Congressman Trey Gowdy apparently thinks we are.
