Highlighting the festivities is the famed Hangar Part on Friday night from 6:00 – 9:00 at the Boca Raton Airport. Saturday features daylong educational automotive seminars, and then the big Gala Dinner Auction & Show at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, hosted by news anchors Belkys Nerey and Lynn Marinez of WSVN Channel 7. The Gala includes a cocktail hour, gourmet dinner, and live and silent auctions, plus the Automotive Lifetime Achievement Awards presentations – plus the special attraction, a live performance by American’s favorite car nut, Jay Leno.
Sunday brings the Automobile & Motorcycle Exhibition at the Boca Raton Resort & Club showfield. Car and motorcycle fanatics from around the world will experience an automotive showcase like no other, featuring 200 of the finest collector cars and motorcycles, including the CCCA Grand Classic®. The Sunday Concours also offers a series of select vendor tents, and a selection of gourmet food, wine and cocktails from more than 30 of South Florida’s finest restaurants at the Concours d’Gourmet Pavilions. An expert panel of judges, including Mr. Jay Leno himself, will select the finest vintage, antique, classic and exotic vehicles based on period, presentation and overall style for the Sunday Concours. Judges include Wayne Carini, host of Chasing Classic Cars; Jay Quail, Executive Director of CCCA; Dr. Paul Sable and Bill Rothermel, automotive historians and authors; and Mr. Jay Leno himself. Tom DuPont, Publisher of the duPont REGISTRY, will serve as Master of Ceremonies, announcing descriptions of the winning automobiles.
