Chris Brown, the award-winning, headline-making artist who turns 27 on May 5, has been making a splash in Las Vegas lately. On April 23, at Drai’s Nightclub, where he’s one of the resident artists in the Drai’s Live concert series, he put on a full-length concert for a packed house. Wearing cuffed jeans and a Black Surf Pyramid t-shirt, he entertained with hits like “Five More Hours” and “Ayo.” The big surprise for the night was when Trey Songz joined Brown on stage for “Touchin, Lovin,” Brown backing him up with a little beatboxing.
The following day Brown attended the wedding of “the” Victor Drai and Yolanda Krupiarz at Drai’s Beachclub and then was back on the 26th, this time wearing beige shorts, black socks and white shoes, to kick off Nightsplash, the all-new Tuesday night pool party. Brown is scheduled to return to the nightclub on May 7th for a belated birthday celebration.
Two weeks ago, Riveting Entertainment posted a trailer on Vimeo for “Welcome to My Life: The Official Chris Brown Documentary.” The release date is undetermined.
