Porn-star Scottine Ross, also known as Brett Rossi, is suing Charlie Sheen because he allegedly forced her to have an abortion according to Fox News, Dec. 3, 2015. She accused Charlie of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment, and negligence.
Scottine claims after she and Charlie had unprotected sex about five times, she discovered his HIV medication in the bathroom cabinet. It was then that Charlie told her that he had the HIV virus. However, they continued to have unprotected sex in spite of him having the virus because he promised to faithfully take his medication. Several months later, in March 2014, Scottine became pregnant with Charlie’s child and that same month, she was forced to have an abortion.
After Scottine announced the news that she was pregnant, Charlie Sheen’s behavior changed. He turned into a man who had violent outbursts and he threw things at her. TMZ said that he just missed hitting her with a cement pillar, but their glass door wasn’t as lucky. Scottine said Charlie forced her to have the abortion because “he did not want his child to have his blood type (i.e., HIV-Positive).” Scottine refused to have the abortion and that’s when Charlie allegedly “erupted into a fit of rage, stating he would ‘kick her to the curb’ if she did not have an abortion and that he did not want her to ‘give birth to a retarded child.'”
Scottine and Charlie were engaged from November 2013 to October 2014, but he apparently never trusted her and he remained very jealous of her ex-husband. Charlie was so jealous, according to TMZ, he put a hit out on him.
People claims the couple was going to resolve the issue by this fall. Charlie agreed to pay her $1 million and give her 5 percent of his back end participation points from Anger Management. However, the deal was off when Charlie declared publically that he had the HIV virus.
Scottine’s lawyer, David M. Ring of Taylor and Ring released a statement. said, “The lawsuit filed by Ms. Ross speaks for itself. Mr. Sheen made it clear on The Today Show that he had no intention of honoring the agreement reached, and sure enough, he didn’t. Ms. Ross looks forward to her day in court, and to taking Mr. Sheen’s deposition.”
Charlie Sheen’s lawyer, Martin D. Singer released this statement in response. “Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross. We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her.”
