Kids get all the good stuff — especially when it’s Halloween or anytime they’re wearing a coat, they can have fun stuff showing it off. Aeromax is a good example as to doing this well because they make clothing that looks as good to the kid wearing it as to others looking on.
First up is the Rocket Science Lab Coat. It’s a unisex kind of thing because frankly a lab coat doesn’t really have a gender equation. It comes in varying sizes and has the all-white clinical look that (most) scientists reach for — and we’re not talking about the “mad” kind of scientist either. Because rocket science has to have a namesake to play off of, look for NASA to be on the coat — it’s the “meatball” patch because of how it’s designed and it covers the right chest area. But just so you know who the scientists are here, look for the words “Rocket Scientist” embroidered on the left side above the pocket.
And keeping up with the NASA theme, obviously that’s going to be a big part of the NASA Blue Jr. Flight Jacket (also unisex in nature). As expected, the jacket is colorful, with sewn-in patches and pencil pockets (don’t see them much anymore) plus the kind of zipper that makes for an authentic look. Since the jacket is lined, it is more wearable in the colder weather and of course more suitable for taking to the outdoors than the Rocket Scientist lab coat (which makes perfect sense).
Aeromax makes the Rocket Science Lab Coat available in youth size 4/6 (32-50 lbs., height 35-44”), size 6/8 (48-62 lbs., height 42-50”) and size 8/10 (54-86 lbs., height 48-56”). The retail price for them all is $27.99. The NASA Blue Jr. Flight Jacket has a name embroidery option and is available in youth sizes Small (Ages 5-9) & Large (Ages 9-12), with a $39.99 retail price. But as far as any child wearing them goes, why wait for any holiday just to put them on. Let them go ahead and put them on whenever they want to.
