Thank you to Lisa Taylor for sharing the following information for Chicago Chef Week and Bistronomic:
To celebrate Chicago Chef Week, Bistronomic’s own Chef de Cuisine Jérôme Bacle created a Chicago Chef Week menu to honor world renowned chef Georges Perrier of five-star Le Bec-Fin who he worked with for seven years. Chef Bacle’s special menu also is an ode to the recent release of the movie King Georges where Georges Perrier’s four decade-long career as chef/owner of one of the best French restaurants in the country and also one of the best in the world is chronicled as the dining scene evolved.
Bistronomic’s Chicago Chef Week menu will feature a two-course lunch prix fixe option that will be available for $22 and a three-course prix fixe dinner with choices that will be available for $33 from Sunday, April 17 through Friday, April 22, 2016. All of the Chicago Chef Week dishes are inspired by recipes from the cookbook, “Georges Perrier Le Bec-Fin Recipes” and are also personal favorites of Chef Bacle’s from his time working at Le Bec-Fin.
