Just in case you were looking for a reason to press forward in your journey towards that beach body you’ve pressing your way towards, the Queen of Body, the mother of Formation, yes Queen Bey has debut her highly anticipated active-wear collection. Ivy Park the 200 piece line of body sculpturing fashionable sweats and active-wear stamped with Ivy Park logo is sure to be a hit.
True to form, while some of us were on our second cup of java on last Thursday morning, Beyoncé did what has become a signature boss move of hers and that is dropping a stunning video featuring the Queen of the Hive and her squad of gorgeous models getting their sweat on.
“Ivy Park is merging fashion led design with technical innovation. Creating a new kind of performance wear: modern essentials for both on and off the field. ” Beyoncé says in the press release. ” When I’m working and rehearsing I live in my workout clothes, but I didn’t feel there was an athletic brand that spoke to me. My goal with Ivy Park is to push the boundaries of athletic wear and to support and inspire women who understand that beauty is more than your physical appearance. True beauty is in the health of your mind, heart and body. I know when I feel physically strong, I am mentally strong and I wanted to create a brand that made other women feel the same way.”
Throughout the video Beyoncé and her squad are shown getting their fit on, from the basketball court shooting hoops, jumping rope to one wear Queen Bey is showing off her gymnast ability on the Gymnastic Rings(see pic 1 slideshow). But the best moment has to be the cameo of daughter Blue Ivy (see pic 10 of slideshow)whom seems to be booked for guest appearances in quite a few of her moms latest projects, and The Beyhive can’t get enough of little Blue Ivy.
“The Ivy Park collection is a joint venture partnership and standalone brand created by Beyoncé and Sir Philip Green.” Green is the chairman of the Arcadia Group, a retail giant that included Topshop and Topman. Green says “Her engagement, out many meetings and her continued involvement in the range development has enabled us to delver some wonderful products.
