Everyone should be able to achieve perfect health easily and maintain it. Perfect health is the natural state of our bodies. When we are obese, sluggish and suffer from chronic pain, we are out of alignment with nature. Here are 5 easy steps you can take that lead to perfect health.
Exercise. You don’t need to join a gym to achieve perfect health, but you do need to keep your body active. Go for a walk, do stretching exercises on the floor, or jump rope in the drive way. Get some form of exercise everyday. Don’t make excuses. Walk during part of your lunch hour if necessary.
Drink Water. Our bodies are mostly water and we need to replenish our supply daily to stay healthy. Drink water with every meal and snack, and continuously sip water throughout the day.
Breathe Deeply. Take time everyday to sit quietly for at least 15 minutes. During this time relax and quiet your mind while breathing deeply. The mind-body connection does exists and you need to understand this truth to achieve perfect health.
Reduce Stress. We often spend too much time worrying about insignificant things or situations we can’t control resulting in unnecessary stress. Make changes in your life to increase your level of happiness. If your job or relationship is not in your best interest move on. If you have health issues take personal responsibility for yourself and adopt a healthier lifestyle.
Eliminate Toxins. Say good-bye to artificial, chemically processed foods. Be willing to pay for higher quality natural and organic foods, and learn to prepare fresh meals for yourself. Don’t expect to achieve perfect health if you continue to eat toxic food.
