Santa Claus is making his rounds around the York, PA. He’s even stopping at a couple of the area’s favorite farming follies along the way, including Perrydell Farms and Brown’s Orchards and Farm Markets.
Last evening marked day one of the two-day weekend event titled A Very Dairy Christmas, at Perrydell Farm and Dairy. The event will continue its run today, Dec. 13. Come out this evening and experience Christmastime on the farm, complete with Santa and his reindeer, who will be live and in person, as well as a fantastic setup display of a live Nativity scene with animals.
This event will also serve as a donation canned food drive to benefit the York Rescue Mission. If you bring along three canned goods to give to Santa, he will instantly place you on the Nice List as well as provide you with a complimentary hot chocolate. And if you’re looking for something a little extra, Perrydell is famous for its unique ice cream flavors, which change seasonally. In keeping with Christmas, check out some of the current featured hits including: Christmas Barnyard, Christmas Cake, Peppermint Stick, and Egg Nog.
