Raise your hand if you’re ready for the Super Bowl! If you’re headed into NYC, specifically Manhattan, chances are you’re trying to sort through a whole list of places in order to find out which ones are holding good Super Bowl parties. Need some ideas? In no particular order, check out the following seven great places to go in NYC for the big game.
Located on 3rd Ave, Village Pourhouse in NYC not only has over 20 HDTV’s on which you can watch the Super Bowl, but they’re also having an open bar from kickoff until the end of the game. Kickoff is at 6:30 pm by the way. You can purchase your tickets online for $100 plus a $7.99 fee. Bottle service and table packages are available.
Head over to Little West 12th Street to the 3rd floor where you’ll find STK Downtown’s Super Bowl viewing party. They have six flat screen TVs, a gourmet buffet, and a premium open bar. Early bird tickets are currently $155. Doors open at 5:30 pm at which time the buffet and open bar start. The buffet goes until 9:30 pm while the open bar goes until 8:30 pm. All guests must be 21+ and they’ll be checking IDs.
Bounce Sporting Club
The Bounce Sporting Club is having not one, but TWO Super Bowl viewing parties in NYC. One will be at Highline Ballroom on West 16th Street where doors will open at 4 pm. The other will be at their West 21st Street home where doors will open at 2 pm. A game day menu will be up for grabs.
Pound & Pence
Pound & Pence will be celebrating the Super Bowl at their Liberty Street location in NYC. The party starts at 5 pm, and there are several packages available that you can purchase depending on what you’re looking for and how many people you’re bringing. If you have a General Admission ticket, which is free, you have to arrive by 6 pm and you’ll get a raffle entry in the contest. All paid packages include a raffle entry, a 4-hour premium open bar, food, and table seating with tax and gratuity included.
Johnny Utah’s in NYC will be offering up several different specials as well as a raffle and giveaways. Want to make sure you see the game? Don’t worry, because there will be 15 flat screen HDTV’s and three projector screens. The party goes from 2 pm to 10 pm. Oh, and by the way, the Super Bowl won’t be the only competition going on that night. There will be a flip cup and beer pong contest as well as a half-time bull riding competition.
Doors for the Super Bowl party open at 4 pm at Haven Rooftop in NYC. Kickoff Drinks are $30 per person (plus a $2.64 fee) which includes admission, 2 complimentary beers or well drinks, and access to the food and drink specials. The $100 (plus $6.49 fee) Open Bar package includes admission, an open standard bar during the game, passed appetizers during the first half of the game, and access to an a la carte menu for the second half of the game. There is also the Huddle package for $79.04 (plus a $5.34 fee) which includes admission, open beer (Bud and Bud Light) during the game, passed appetizers during the first half of the game, and access to an a la carte menu for the second half of the game.
On Washington Street in NYC you’ll find Clinton Hall and their Super Craft Super Bowl party. They’ll have HDTV’s showing the game, food specials, and craft bucket specials. The On Field Access tickets are free, then there is the NFC Champion Package ($124.96), the AFC Champion Package ($194.84), and the Super Bowl Champion Package ($254.19). The last three packages include seating and a certain amount of drinks and food. The party goes from 5 pm to midnight.
Before you buy any tickets or make any reservations to attend a Super Bowl party in NYC, make sure you read all of the fine print so you know what you’re actually getting, what time you need to be there by, and what time you’ll have to leave by. Oh, and don’t forget to have a fantastic time!
